BUYING A CARD
How do I buy one?
Pick a design and a value from the gift cards page, choose whether you want it emailed or posted, then check out. We verify your phone number with a passcode before the order is placed, so the card can always be traced back to you.
How can I pay?
- Sampath Bank — Pay by Visa or Mastercard through Sampath Bank's secure payment page.
- Bank Transfer — Transfer the total to our bank account. Your order is confirmed straight away and the account details are shown on the next screen.
Can I buy several at once?
Yes — add as many cards as you like to the cart, in any mix of designs and values. For bulk or branded orders, see corporate gifting.
GETTING THE CARD
When does an e-gift card arrive?
As soon as your payment clears. The email carries the card, its code and a scannable barcode, and the same card appears under “My cards” when you sign in with the phone number you ordered with.
How long does a physical card take?
Physical cards are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You can also collect one from a store instead of paying for delivery.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced by area. Collection from a store is free.

SPENDING THE CARD
Where can I use it?
In any CameraLK store and on cameralk.com. Present the barcode at the counter, or enter the card code at checkout online.
How long is it valid?
Cards are valid for 12 months from the day they are issued. The exact expiry date is printed on the card and shown under “My cards”. We send a reminder before it lapses if there is still money on it.
Do I have to spend it all at once?
No. A card keeps its remaining balance after each purchase, and you can keep using it until the balance reaches zero or the card expires.
I lost the email. What now?
Sign in with the phone number you ordered with — every card you have bought is there, with its code, barcode and a PDF you can download again.
